THE ALCHEMIST’S ARCHIVE
The Format
Foundry.
Choose a group of files. The foundry converts them one at a time, preserves each page, and offers individual downloads or one combined PDF.
Add three timestamped pages after each slide with a video: early (1/6), middle (1/2), and late (5/6). Embedded videos only; codec support varies by browser. Unavailable videos get an explanation page.
MEMORY POLICY
Adaptive browser memoryFiles stay on this device. No uploads or browser storage. Files up to 3 GB are accepted experimentally; successful conversion depends on available memory and document complexity. Large PowerPoint videos are read separately; slide images and other data still have safety limits. Download results before closing this tab.

YOUR BATCH
Choose individual files or a combined PDF on the left. PowerPoint outputs stay individual. At 128 MB of ready results, the queue pauses so you can download and release them before continuing. Changing direction clears this batch.

WHAT THE FOUNDRY CONSERVES
The tool chooses between editability and exact appearance page by page.
PowerPoint to PDF renders slide elements together, preserving the visible composition and a searchable text layer where text is recoverable. Animations and video playback are not preserved. Enable experimental video snapshots to add three still-image pages per embedded video.
Lazy automatically typesets readable text from DOCX, PPTX, TXT, Markdown, CSV, JSON, XML and HTML into searchable PDFs with a simplified layout. Existing searchable PDFs are kept. Images and scans need OCR; older .doc files are unsupported.
PDF to PowerPoint rebuilds simple text pages as editable objects; uncommon fonts may substitute. Pages with photographs, color styling, complex vectors, or dense layouts remain high-resolution visual slides.
